How does it work?
- The client: Describes to us their business processes, main flows, pitfalls, and data collection means
- Outlines in broad terms how they would want AI to be applied
- Provides us with the initial (or sample) data
- Answers any questions our team may have upon receiving the data (participate in video calls, usually 2-3 in total)
Our deliverables
- Integration scope & plan document, including documentation of metrics and business questions they support (up to 20 pages, all included)
- Dashboard wireframes and mockups (2-3)
- A simplified coding guide in Jupyter Notebook format that outlines the steps and logic behind the process (.ipynb files containing quasi-code)
Project phases & timeline
- Week 1 - Contact with the client, review of their workflow and desired AI solutions, describing the workflow, establishing 1-2 optimisation possibilities
- Week 2 - Describing selected optimisation possibilities, reviewing similar solutions on the market
- Week 3 - Estimating risks, estimating project duration in weeks (for each product, if applicable)
- Week 4 - Final deliverables presented
