AI assistant to replace office building administrators
Visitors to Business Stadium West, a modern business centre in Vilnius, Lithuania, will be greeted and assisted by a smart receptionist designed for this building. Installation and debugging works are currently underway, and the AI assistant should be fully operational by March or April.
The AI assistant has been implemented by AAI Labs, in cooperation with Elsis and Nsoft.
The AI assistant will provide Business Stadium West visitors with information about the companies located in the building, explain how to get to the desired office, and issue entry permits for access to the required floor. In addition, the smart concierge will be able to help in hailing a taxi, it will explain how to pay for parking and even advise you on where to eat. Visitors will be able to communicate with the assistant by voice and touch, in English and Lithuanian.
"AI assistants will soon become a daily reality in our environment and what we have achieved is a first step, followed by a long road of development. Ten years from now, we will look back on this creation with a smile, just as we look back on the first car more than 130 years ago," says Arvydas Avulis, Chairman of the Board of Directors of real estate investment company Hanner.
"The project is basically the first example of the real application of AI in the real estate market and will be further developed, the biggest advantage of such a product is that it has almost unlimited software possibilities to become a full-fledged assistant for visitors", says Tadas Subonis, co-founder of AAI Labs.
