Innovation Consulting
R&D Project and Funding Support / Services
Our Innovation Consulting service provides expert writing of technical sections for R&D project applications and partnerships for local and cross-border initiatives. We help companies secure funding by delivering tailored technical documentation and support, enabling them to enhance R&D efforts and unlock new financial resources.
Our Innovation Consulting service comprises of two elements:
Writing of technical parts of R&D projects, both in Lithuania (LMT, Inovacijų agentūra, Centrinė projektų valdymo agentūra, etc.) and in cross-border projects (Eureka, EIC, etc.)
Partnering for R&D projects, both in Lithuania (e.g., Inobranda) and in cross-border projects (e.g., Eurostars)
Business problems addressed
Generally:
Applications for state- or EU-sponsored R&D projects unlock a new source of stable cash flow that can be dedicated to salaries, new material purchases.
Conducting R&D activities in the company adds bonus points in terms of image, as well as boosts employees’ qualifications.
Currently in-development or prototyped but not released products can be put under the R&D banner so as to source the additional funding.
On technical parts:
R&D funding applications often require complex technical documentation. Companies often lack the in-house expertise or resources to write these parts effectively. Our team writes clear, concise, and accurate technical sections for proposals, ensuring they meet the high standards of funding programs.
Different funding programs have specific requirements and evaluation criteria. Companies often have difficulty navigating these complexities. Our understanding of different funding programs allows you to advise clients on tailoring their technical descriptions to meet specific program requirements and evaluation criteria.
